Arrival Time for runners, 0700-0900, failure to arrive during this period might result in loss of heat or inability to run!
Arrival Time for volunteers, anytime prior to 0700 please! Your POC will be Jason Rhodes when you approach the registration area.

The course is roughly 3.2 miles (5K), please expect to be on course for roughly 30 minutes.
